  • No prior evictions
  • Income equivalent to 3 times the rent amount
  • We also do a background check
  • $50 application fee per adult. Every adult living in unit is required to apply
  • Pets are allowed: $300 one time non-refundable pet fee per pet
  • Deposit is equivalent to one month’s rent
  • Basic lawn care IS included in rent amount.
  • Utilities and Water bills are not included in rent amount. Private trash pickup
